Welcome to Alvexa’s Shipping Policy. This policy tells you how and when we ship your orders, what costs might apply, and what to expect if something goes wrong.
1. Order Processing Time
- Once you place an order, we typically process it within 1–2 business days (excluding Sundays and national holidays).
- Orders placed after 5:00 PM IST may be processed the next business day.
- During sale periods or high volume seasons, processing might take an extra 1–2 days.
2. Shipping Methods & Regions
- We currently ship within India to all states and union territories.
- We may expand to international shipping in future; if you are outside India, please contact us to check availability.
We use trusted courier partners (e.g., X, Y, Z) to deliver your items.
3. Shipping Costs & Free Shipping
- Shipping cost is calculated based on the weight, dimensions, and destination of the order.
- For orders over ₹[X] (you set this threshold), we offer free standard shipping.
- For orders under that threshold, a flat rate or dynamic shipping fee applies (shown at checkout).
4. Delivery Time Estimates

5. Order Tracking
- Once your order is dispatched, we will email you a tracking number and link.
- Use this to monitor your parcel until final delivery.
- If tracking shows “delivered” but you haven’t received, inform us at alvexain@gmail.com promptly.
6. Lost, Damaged or Delayed Shipments
- If your package is lost or significantly delayed beyond the delivery estimate, please contact us. We’ll work with the courier to file a claim.
- If the product arrives damaged, keep all packaging and take photos. Contact us immediately with proof. We’ll either replace the item or refund you as per our Return & Refund Policy.
7. Shipping Restrictions & Exceptions
- Some remote areas, islands, or P.O. boxes may have limited service or added surcharges.
- We reserve the right to refuse orders to locations where delivery is not possible or safe.
- Customs, import duties, or taxes (for future international orders) may be borne by the customer.
8. Policy Changes
We may update this Shipping Policy occasionally. The “Last updated” date will reflect the change. The current version applies to all orders placed after the update.
