Refund and Returns Policy

At Alvexa, your satisfaction is our priority. Below is our policy for returns, exchanges, and refunds.

1. Return Timeframe & Eligibility

  • You can request a return or exchange within 7days of delivery (or choose a different number).
  • To be eligible, the item must be:
    • Unused, unworn, and in the same condition you received it
    • In original packaging, with tags, boxes, dust bags, etc. intact
    • Accompanied by the original invoice/order confirmation

2. Items That Cannot Be Returned

  • Items marked “Final Sale” or “Clearance” (if you have such categories)
  • Accessories that cannot be resold due to hygiene (if any)
  • Items damaged by misuse, wear & tear, or accidental damage after delivery

3. How to Initiate a Return

  1. Email us at @alvexaingmail-com with your order number, product name, reason for return, and photos (if defective).
  2. Once approved, we’ll share a return authorization and return address.
  3. Package the product securely and send it back using a reliable courier. Please retain proof of shipping.

4. Return Shipping Cost

  • If the return is due to our error (defect, wrong item, damage), we’ll cover the return shipping cost.
  • If you’re returning for other reasons (change of mind, size mismatch), you may be responsible for return shipping.

5. Refund / Exchange Process

  • Upon receiving and inspecting the returned item, we’ll notify you (via email) whether the refund or exchange is approved.
  • For refunds, we will process within 7 business days. The refund will go back to the original payment method or as store credit (as agreed).
  • For exchanges, after we receive the returned item, we’ll dispatch the replacement.

6. Partial Refunds

We may partially refund (or deduct) in cases like:

  • Item not in original condition or missing parts
  • Cosmetic damage not due to our error
  • Excessive usage or wear

7. Time Expired or Rejected Returns

  • Returns received after the 7-day window or those not meeting the eligibility criteria will be rejected and shipped back at your cost.
  • We will notify you before doing so.

8. Cancellation Before Shipping

  • You can cancel your order before it is shipped by contacting alvexain@gmail.com.
  • Once shipped, standard return rules apply.
